IT that getsquieter

whiteorange provides managed IT services for growing businesses that need their technology to work without becoming another department to manage.

We own the whole operating environment—support, security, cloud, devices, vendors, and continuity—so your team can stay focused on the business.

What we manage

What changes

forward motion.

We measure the work by what improves for your people and your business—not by tickets closed or tools installed.

01

Fewer interruptions.

Problems are prevented, prioritized, and resolved before they become expensive distractions.

02

One clear owner.

No more chasing vendors or wondering who is responsible for the gap between systems.

03

A stronger foundation.

Security, data, and infrastructure are ready for growth—and for the AI capabilities coming next.

How we work

Start with
the truth.

Every engagement begins with a practical audit of the systems, risks, workflows, and opportunities already inside your business.

  1. 01

    Audit the environment

We map your technology, vendors, costs, security posture, recurring problems, and business priorities.

  2. 02

    Stabilize what matters

We address immediate risks and friction first, then establish a clean operating baseline.

  3. 03

    Take ownership

Our team manages support, systems, vendors, standards, and the roadmap as one connected responsibility.

  4. 04

    Improve continuously

We review performance, remove recurring friction, and evolve the environment as your company changes.

Common questions

Clear answers.
Before we begin.

What size companies do you support?

whiteorange is built for growing organizations that need capable technology leadership without building a large internal IT department. Our plans are designed for companies from roughly 10 employees through multi-site organizations with 250 or more.

Do you replace our internal IT team?

Not necessarily. We can operate as your complete IT department or strengthen an existing internal team with support, security, projects, strategy, and specialized expertise.

Can you take over from another IT provider?

Yes. We begin with a structured discovery and transition process, document the environment, secure administrative access, and prioritize continuity so the change is controlled rather than disruptive.

Do you provide cybersecurity services?

Yes. Security is built into the managed environment and includes identity, endpoint protection, email security, access controls, backup and recovery, policy, monitoring, and employee readiness.

Where do you provide managed IT services?

We are based in Greenville, South Carolina and serve businesses across the Upstate and the Southeast, with remote support and on-site work coordinated around each client’s needs.

Your next move

Make technology
your advantage.

Start with the Audit. A few questions up front tell us what to bring and take real time out of the visit—about three minutes, and only your name, email and company are required.

Step 1 of 5

The shape of things

This is what sets the size of the audit.

Rarely the same as headcount — shared and shop-floor machines count.

0 of 20 answered. Every one of them trims time off the visit — only your name, email and company are required.
